Portable loo hire for music Events

  • Music event toilet hire is an area of the loo hire sector that Castlewood Loo Hire has built a fair amount of expertise in over the years. We’ve hired portable toilets to music events across the region – in Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, Darlington, Middlesbrough and Northumberland – and we’ve learnt about music event toilet hire from the inside out. This means that when it comes to organising toilet hire for your music event we’ll be able to advise on portable loo hire solutions that meet your needs and your budget. You could say that we’ve got music event loo hire pretty much covered.

    Considerations that should be taken into account when putting together loo hire for music events include:

    The number of people due to attend;

    The length of the music event;

    The music event's target market;

    Whether alcohol will be served at the music event;

    Whether event-goers will be stopping over;

    These factors can all affect how much the loos are used at a music event and therefore the number of loos or portable toilet hire solutions that you’ll need.

We hire our portable toilets predominantly throughout North East England. This includes County Durham, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, Cleveland and the North of North Yorkshire, but we can supply quotes for events a little further afield.
The price quoted will be inclusive of delivery and collection.
Yes. Each unit will come fully stocked for your event. We tend to stock our toilets with hand sanitizer rather than freshwater sinks and paper towels as we find that this leads to tidier toilets and so tidier events. Naturally we can fill the sinks and supply paper towels on request.
Our portable toilets can be used for any type of even including small family get-togethers, weddings, fairs, parties, sporting events and even large music events and festivals.
The single units have a base 4ft x 4ft and the disabled unit is 5ft x 5ft and both types of unit are around 8ft tall.
As you probably realise, access roads and entrances must at least accommodate the height and width of the mobile toilet you have chosen. Our loos are delivered on trailers so we need plenty of room to turn around. Tight corners and other obstacles may cause a problem but we’ll discuss these issues with you before you book.
We have public liability insurance, but you will be responsible for the safekeeping of the portable loos once we’ve delivered them and until we’ve collected them.
No – our portable loos are full free-standing and don’t need plugging in to anything.
